- Roasted beet & goat cheese salad with organic spinach, toasted pine nuts and balsamic vinaigrette
- Grilled marinated vegetable platter with virgin olive oil and aged balsamic glaze
- Smoked salmon platter with capers and Meyer lemon
- Selection of mini quiche including, spinach and feta, ham and gruere, goat cheese and asparagus, turkey and red currents
- Selection of individual mousse including: chocolate pistachio, dark cherry, raspberry lemon.
