We are Ala and Charlene and we started our first bakery in 1999. We believe in making fresh food using the best ingredients.
We preserve the art of making quality food from scratch. We believe that exceptional and authentic food should be accessible to all, not a privilege for the few.
Basically real food for real people. We are not pretentious, we are not over-priced. We are a small family business that treats our staff like family, our customers like friends, and feed people with as much love and care as if they were our children and uncles and aunties.

We believe in using only the best quality ingredients available; because of this, some items may be limited by season.
We also design custom menus to suit any occasion and taste, and are able to adjust most recipes or menus to accommodate special food requests, such as low-fat, vegan or gluten free!
